Welcome Home (Sanitarium) es una canción del grupo estadounidense Metallica. El tema aparece en su tercer álbum, Master of Puppets, editado en 1986, y la letra está inspirada por la novela Alguien voló sobre el nido del cuco, de Ken Kesey.
Ha sido versionada, entre otros, por Dream Theater y por Bullet for My Valentine.
